After a long-awaited renovation, the city of San Leandro is excited to reopen the 58,000 square-foot dog park at Marina Park. The park is state-of-the-art and hosts both large dog and small dog-specific areas.
In addition to brand new turf, dog play equipment, shade structures, water fountains, garbage cans, and plenty of seating, visitors to the dog park will also enjoy an unparalleled view of the San Francisco skyline. As if designed to make the park more Instagrammable, there is also a new 600-foot dog-themed mural bordering the length of the park’s bay-side fencing.
